We offer free shipping on orders that are $300 or more.
Orders excluding footwear of $200 or more ship free if you are logged into your 3J account.
No coupon code is required. This option will automatically display at check out.
Not all products contribute to the $100 total needed for free shipping. The following products do not contribute to the total:
● Products on clearance
● Products marked "Last Call"
● Products marked final sale.
● Release products
We use UPS USPS FEDEX Shipping (3-8 Business Days) for orders eligible for Free Shipping

If you receive the wrong product, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the problem. In these rare cases, we will cover return shipping and refund you in full.
If you have not received your package, and your UPS tracking number shows that it was delivered, please contact the Shipping Carrier to file a trace/claim on your behalf.

We ship to any location within the contiguous United States. We DO NO ship to P.O. Boxes within the contiguous United States. We DO NOT also ship TO APO/FPO boxes (America, Europe and Pacific only).
We do not ship internationally. We also currently do not ship to Guam, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
